Ham and Shoulder Steaks:

Crock Pot Recipe:
2 - pounds ham or shoulder steaks
1 - can cream of mushroom
1/2 - sliced white onion

1. Place meat and ingredients in crock pot.(mixed vegetables optional) 2. Slow cook until tender. Internal temperature should reach 160F before consuming.

Oven Bake:
1. Season with garlic salt, black pepper, and onion powder. 2. Cover in foil. 3. Bake for approximately 1 hour at 375F. Remove when internal temperature reaches 160F.
